Our Process
Experience Design & Technical Scoping
We define target platforms (web, iOS, Android, headset), interaction models, and performance budgets, then build a technical prototype to validate feasibility and frame-rate targets early.
Asset Pipeline & Scene Architecture
We build the 3D asset pipeline — modeling, rigging, texturing, and optimization for target polycount and texture budgets — and architect the scene graph, physics, and interaction systems.
Development & Integration
We develop the immersive experience in Three.js/R3F, Unity, or Unreal, integrate with CMS or commerce data sources for dynamic content, and optimize shaders and draw calls to hit frame-rate targets.
Testing, Optimization & Deployment
We test across target devices and headsets, profile GPU/CPU performance, apply LOD and occlusion culling optimizations, and deploy via CDN with progressive loading for web-based experiences.
